Intelligent Candidate Selection & Analysis (ICSA™) brings a unique and filed tested candidate selection technique to the engineers and geo-scientists desktop. This software application that works as an additional module to IDEA™ imports the data driven neural network module from IDEA™ and allows engineers and geo-scientists to identify the best candidate wells for any given oil and gas related operations such as workover, acid jobs, hydraulic fracturing, acid fracs, re-stimulation, water flooding, etc.

ICSA™ uses a unique hybrid approach that incorporates neural networks, genetic algorithms and fuzzy set theory to accomplish its tasks. ICSA™ has been successfully tested in the field (reports and technical publications demonstrating the capabilities of this methodology is available upon request) and under control environment - Reservoir simulation (reports and technical publications demonstrating this particular capability is available upon request).

ICSA™ has the capability to design optimum jobs (workover, acid jobs, hydraulic fracturing, acid fracs, re-stimulation, water flooding, etc) based on the historical data that has been used in the development process.
